Shipping & Ordering

When do you ship? We ship live coral Monday through Wednesday only. This ensures your order never sits in a carrier facility over the weekend. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

What carrier do you use? We ship via UPS overnight. All orders are packed with insulated boxes and heat packs as needed to protect your coral during transit.

How much does shipping cost? Overnight shipping is a flat rate of $49.99. Orders over $350 qualify for free overnight shipping.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery? Yes — we offer local pickup and delivery within a 30-mile radius of our Georgetown, TX facility by appointment. Contact us at support@reeflineaquatics.com to arrange a time.

Coral & Quarantine

What does WYSIWYG mean? WYSIWYG stands for What You See Is What You Get. Every coral listed on our site is photographed individually. The exact coral in the photo is the coral that ships to you — not a similar one, not a representative example. What you see is what arrives.

How long do you quarantine your corals? Every coral goes through a minimum 21-day quarantine before it's listed for sale. During that time we monitor for pests, disease, and stress before approving it for sale.

What acclimation process do you recommend? We recommend a standard drip acclimation over 30-60 minutes. Float the sealed bag in your tank for 15 minutes first to temperature-match. Then drip acclimate before introducing the coral to your system. We also strongly recommend dipping all new corals with an approved coral dip such as CoralRx before placing them in your display tank, even if they arrive from a quarantined source. This is good standard practice for any new coral addition.

Can you source a specific coral for me? Absolutely. If you don't see what you're looking for in our current inventory, reach out and let us know. We work with multiple vendors and may be able to source it for you.

Live Arrival & DOA

What is your live arrival guarantee? We guarantee live arrival on all shipments. If your coral arrives dead, contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo of the coral still in the unopened bag. We'll work with you on a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

What do I do if my coral arrives dead? Contact us immediately at support@reeflineaquatics.com with your order number and a clear photo of the coral in the unopened bag within 4 hours of delivery. Do not discard the coral or packaging until we've resolved the claim.

Photography

How do you photograph your corals? Reef lighting is heavily blue-spectrum by design — great for coral health, terrible for accurate photography. We shoot every coral using a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in RAW format with an orange filter to counteract the blue light. In post-processing we adjust only white balance and contrast to restore the coral's true appearance. We never manipulate color, saturation, or hue. What you see in our photos is as close to real life as photography allows.
