Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Reefline Aquatics website and the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Reefline Aquatics, LLC is a Texas limited liability company operating at reeflineaquatics.com.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • You have read and agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Live Arrival Guarantee

Products & Listings

WYSIWYG Items Items listed as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) represent the exact coral photographed. Each WYSIWYG item is a unique living specimen.

Natural Variation Live coral is a living animal. Natural variation in color, size, and growth form is expected and is not grounds for return, refund, or dispute.

Livestock Requirements By purchasing live coral, you confirm that you maintain an established, cycled saltwater aquarium with stable water parameters suitable for the coral purchased. Reefline Aquatics is not responsible for coral loss due to unsuitable tank conditions.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD. Reefline Aquatics reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Orders & Payment

Order Confirmation Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment. Reefline Aquatics reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Concerns about coral health or shipping conditions
  • Inability to verify payment

Payment Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Order Cancellations Please refer to our Refund Policy for full cancellation terms.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipping, local pickup, and local delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agree to our Shipping Policy in full.

Key acknowledgments:

  • Overnight shipping is required for all live coral shipments
  • Someone must be available to accept delivery on the scheduled date
  • Missed delivery attempts may void live arrival eligibility

Live Arrival Guarantee

Our Live Arrival Guarantee is governed by our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy. By placing an order for live coral, you confirm you have read and agree to all terms of our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Key acknowledgments:

  • DOA claims must be submitted within 4 hours of delivery
  • Photo documentation is required for all claims
  • All live coral sales are final

Intellectual Property

All content on reeflineaquatics.com including text, photography, logos, and graphics is the property of Reefline Aquatics, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reefline Aquatics, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Coral loss due to carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Coral loss due to unsuitable tank conditions after confirmed live delivery
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any purchase
  • Any damages exceeding the original purchase price of the affected item

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact Reefline Aquatics first at support@reeflineaquatics.com to resolve the matter in good faith before initiating any chargeback or legal action.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Williamson County, Texas.

Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us at support@reeflineaquatics.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith and will work with you to find a fair resolution. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the dispute being challenged and future orders being declined.

Changes to Terms

Reefline Aquatics reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
