📦 Shipping Policy — Reefline Aquatics
Shipping Overview
Reefline Aquatics ships live coral via overnight service only to ensure the health and safety of all livestock. Because we ship live animals, we follow a carefully planned shipping schedule designed to minimize stress and prevent delays.
We also offer local pickup and local delivery for customers in the Georgetown, TX area. See below for details.
Shipped Orders
Shipping Days
- Orders ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only
- Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday
- We do not ship Thursday through Sunday
This schedule prevents shipments from sitting over the weekend and ensures corals arrive in the best possible condition.
Shipping Method & Carrier
- Overnight shipping only for all live coral
- Shipped via UPS or FedEx overnight service
- Available to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC
We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO addresses

- Free shipping applies to qualifying orders shipping on our regular Monday–Wednesday schedule
- No handling or packing fees are added beyond the listed shipping cost
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are carefully packed on the day of shipment
- Tracking information is emailed by 3PM CST on the day of shipment
- Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary
Address Accuracy Reefline Aquatics is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Weather & Carrier Delays For the safety of live coral, Reefline Aquatics may delay shipment due to:
- Extreme temperatures
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
If a delay is necessary, we will contact you to coordinate the next available and safest shipping date.
Saturday Delivery Saturday delivery is not available at this time.
Important Notes
- Someone must be available to accept the package on the scheduled delivery date
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped
- Contact us before placing your order if you have any shipping questions
Local Pickup — Georgetown, TX
Local pickup is available at our Georgetown, TX facility by appointment only.
How It Works
- Select local pickup at checkout
- We will contact you to schedule your pickup appointment
- Pickup is available Tuesday through Saturday by appointment
Important
- All coral is inspected together at the time of pickup
- By accepting coral at handoff, you confirm it is received in satisfactory condition
- No claims can be made after coral leaves our facility
- Live coral requires an established, cycled saltwater aquarium
Local Delivery — Within 30 Miles
Local delivery is available within 30 miles of our Georgetown, TX location.
